Within the annual licence fee you shall receive the hotel program along with the description of the functionalities (located on the website), an automatic access to the updates as well as a 24 hour technical assistance in case of emergencies.
The KajWare company offers a free of charge 24h technical assistance in case of emergencies. If the issue is not urgent and does not require the immediate reaction of our support an additional fee may be charged, which you will be informed by our employee.
You cannot change the company’s data on your own. In order to modify them you have to pick Order in the menu of the KWHotel program (the icon of coins) and enter in the new data. In the notes type in “Update of the Personal Data”. After sending in such an order our consultant will modify your license and send it to your authorized e-mail (which was provided during the ordering process).
In such case you will lose only the possibility of accessing the program; however, the data will remain intact. The saved database may be uploaded to the free version - KWHotel Free or you may buy an extension to the license for the payable versions of the program.
The online reservation system enables a reservation through the website of the accommodation facility. While making a reservation the client has the possibility of paying the entire amount or an advance (based on the settings). After making a reservation it is automatically sent to the KWHotel Pro system. Afterwards you may select a room in the program. The online reservation system is installed on your website by our IT specialist.

The MySQL server is a network server on which you may add your database, in order to gain access to KWHotel Pro from every computer. There is also a second option involving the LAN connection, which will use one computer as a server for storing a database. The rest of the computers are connected to the main computer through your local network. This option is free; however, it requires the configuration of the settings by the owner of the facility. The KWHotel Standard version possesses a database that is installed on the computer. By doing this you will not need to install the MySQL server.
No, KWHotel Pro does not work in the cloud. However it enables the merging of many computers through the same MySQL or MS SQL database (located on the Internet). Another option is to start-up a connection within the same local network.
There is no difference in the functionalities of both versions, which are offered within the program’s price. KWHotel Pro works on any number of computers. KWHotel Standard is limited to one station.
In 2016 we are planning to replace the current mobile version with an Web based responsive system. Thanks to this the possibility, using a reservation graphic will be also available for Linux, Mac and iOS.
The software for KWHotel Free is fully free. After 30 days we will ask the user of the program to register. We will only use this for the statistical purposes.
There is no limit in adding users. In order to create a new account go to the menu Tools → Configuration → Users, fill in all the data as well as assign rights.

Yes KWHotel can be synchronized with the most popular catering programmes on the Polish market - Foodsoft (developer by Foodsoft) and Bistro (developer by Symplex).
The KWHotel hotel program allows the import and export of documents to programs such as: Symfonia, Optima, Fides, wFirma and WF-Fakir. The synchronization with the Subiekt program is more advanced as during issuing of the invoices in KWHotel the document opens directly in the accounting program.
If the cash register is installed and connected with a cable to one computer can you issue a cash register on a second unit where the program is installed?

In the Tools → Hotel Information you should add the bank’s name and bank’s account number. Attention! Without writing the bank’s name (only the bank’s account number) the information will not appear on the documents.
In order to modify the registration card, you have to go to the Tools → Configuration → Email → Page 2 → Automated email confirmation settings. In section of the window “For reservations after the client’s departure” you have to edit the 1 or 2 file, which will be opened through the Fast Report program (the instructions to the program may be found online).
