KWUmowa is a software for administrating public orders

KWUmowa is based on three moduls:

AGREEMENT

Adding, editing and controling the executed contracts with providers, service contracts and lease.

ORDERS

Administrating orderds based on agreements saved in adding assortment and combining it in groups.

REPORTS

Printing reports of orders as well as the the status of the agreement from a given period of time.

The basic functions of the software:

  • Overseeing punlic orders based on agreements and order in accordance with the present standard, handling service contracts and lease.
  • Introducing your own asortment base, uniting it in groups and making orders within the specific amount on the agreement.
  • Creating state reports from particular agreements or their groups in a specific amount of time.
  • Importing assortment from agreements based on a template file in .csv standard (test file accessible from MS Excel and Open Office).
  • Module rights and restrictions of user access privilegess
  • Controlling the changes put into the orders and agreements
